DB28 Aiguille d’Or
the most expensive watches at BaselWorld 2012. The most striking element of the DB28 Aiguille d’Or is its exterior frame of the casing that is reminiscent of a pocket watch and has been crafted entirely out of high grade Titanium. This magnificent and expensive De Bethune watch is powered by a DB2115 caliber movement with 2 barrels, which is also partially shown in the watch. The DB28 Aiguille d’Or is composed of some 28 precious jewels that constitute for the watch’s mechanism that allows it operate at 28,800 vibrations per hour. The watch has been given a generous amount of sapphire crystal covering on both sides to keep it anti-reflective as well as scratch resistant.
